ImageQuest Takes a Proactive Approach to Print Management
Milton Bartley, President, ImageQuest
Since 2007, ImageQuest has grown from a simple office equipment dealership offering hardware and break-fix service to a full-service technology firm that can support all facets of an organization’s technical infrastructure. ImageQuest takes pride in the fact that it not only provides support for large organizations, but also, helps small and mid-size businesses manage their technology infrastructure and budget.
“Our biggest growth opportunity is our ability to promote a technology platform which enables a small organization to operate with the technology infrastructure of a much larger organization,” Milton Bartley, President, said. “Through virtualization, SAS and shared server technologies, ImageQuest is able to offer a server-based solution to companies that would never have invested in server technology.”
Through ImageQuest’s print management tool, Fleetview, the company is able to take a proactive service approach to fix customers’ problems before they even know they exist. The tool allows ImageQuest to manage its customers’ devices remotely in order to provide an unparalleled level of customer support.
“At ImageQuest we strive everyday to have a zero in-bound call load in our Network Operations Center as well as our Customer Services Center,” Bartley said. “We monitor our customer’s networks and devices proactively with the goal to know about and respond to service and supply issues before the customer is aware there is a problem.”
Bartley admits that most leading competitors do offer a similar tool, however, companies who were not originally built surrounding a print management tool struggle with the huge investment of time and resources to convert all of their systems to a managed platform. It is also difficult for a company to change from a reactive model of responding to inbound service and supply requests to a proactive model.
“Every major player in ImageQuest’s industry has a similar tool, but I do not know of another competitor in this market truly providing proactive service and supply management,” Bartley said. “It was easy for us because we built our business around the tool from day one.”
As the company continues to grow, Bartley hopes to earn the trust of Nashville’s business leaders through ImageQuest’s focus on Print Management, IT management and Document Management. Through the Nashville Technology Council’s networking opportunities, the ImageQuest team wishes to continue to maintain awareness and foster relationships in Nashville’s business community.
“Networking events are a crucial tool for successful business in Nashville,” Bartley said, “and NTC continues to offer some of the better networking and educational opportunities in the Nashville technology community.”
