Hiscall Takes Pride in Customer Satisfaction

Hiscall is a full service business communication company located in Dickson, TN. Hiscall started as a telephone system and cabling company, and has since grown to a company serving, installing and maintaining customers throughout the United States.
When Gary and Sarah Luffman, founders of Hiscall, started the company in 1995, their vision was not to be the largest company in the industry, but to be the very best in providing service. Hiscall cares for its customers as if each situation is an emergency because they understand that an organization’s communication system is important and serves as a lifeline to reaching its customers.
One of Hiscall’s goals is to provide every client with the highest level of service. The company is able to accomplish this difficult task with ease and still guarantee customer satisfaction, through its high-tech tracking mechanism.
“We have introduced new technology into the company that allows us to stay on top of our growing clientele,” said Luffman, President and CEO. “Our operation is constantly being reviewed and adjusted. In addition, each of our current fleet of 75 vehicles is equipped with an on-board GPS tracking system which allows us at anytime to find the nearest technician and route that person to a customer’s location.”
Hiscall offers personal attention, fast service, reliable products, and a knowledgeable staff. The company has a proven track record with references that they are proud to provide.
“Each day, we strive to be better and more efficient than the day before. We are able to achieve this with the help of our talented staff. We have a program in place that we call “HERO,” which among other things, features a mobile communications center that allows us to put our customers back into operation within minutes after arriving on site when a disaster arises no matter how big the disaster is.”
In addition to customer satisfaction, Hiscall takes pride in the efforts for employee satisfaction and retention. The company celebrates birthdays, anniversaries, births, and other life changing events, and also gives support when an employee has a loss in their life. Hiscall has also installed a recognition program where employees are encouraged to find “the good” in fellow employees, let management know about it, and then that particular employee will be recognized.
Hiscall is an active member of the Nashville Technology Council (NTC). The company joined the NTC in 2007, to become more active in the technology community and to show support of local initiatives to further enhance economic development.
“The NTC meetings are very informative and useful as Hiscall continues to grow and serve our client base,” said Luffman.
As Hiscall looks to the future it has a positive outlook. The company recognizes that the industry it is a part of is in an ever-changing mode. Whatever the technology, Hiscall is confident they will get on it early and strive to be the best. This is another vital reason why Hiscall plans to keep its membership with the NTC.
“The NTC serves a very significant role for us as we are constantly looking for other products and services that businesses need,” said Luffman. “Since the NTC is involved with so many businesses, we feel that they can give us the insight needed to make suggestions that would be very beneficial.”
