Curtis P. Armstrong is a professor of Information Systems at Tennessee Technological University since 1995. He is currently the Chair of the Department of Decision Sciences and Management and the Director of the Governor’s School for Information Technology Leadership. He received his Ph.D. in Information Systems from Florida State University in 1995 and has eight years of experience in the information systems field in the private and public sector. He has published in several areas of information systems management and telecommunications including in Information Systems Research, MIS Quarterly, Competitive Intelligence Review, Quality Management Journal, and European Journal of Innovation Management.
