Dr. Ed Anthony, affectionately known as “Dr. Ed”, has 30 years of teaching, speaking, training, and IT industry experience. His domains of expertise include information technology, organizational management, personal finance, and personal development. He has held positions in operating systems programming, application programming, database administration, networking, senior IT management, consulting, and IT education, among others. Professor Anthony has earned four degrees including B.S. and M.S. degrees from Southern Connecticut State University, and a MBA in Computer & Information Sciences and Doctor of Science (Sc.D.) degree in Management Systems from the University of New Haven. Dr. Ed is the author of many books, articles, and curriculum materials, and the member of several IT organizations and boards. He is also an award-winning speaker and a member of the National Speakers Association.
He joined the Trevecca Nazarene University Faculty in fall, 2002 and founded the Trevecca Institute of Computer Information Technology in January, 2003 and is its current director. He was recently recognized as the Trevecca 2009 Faculty Member of the Year.
