Sean Cassidy, Senior Vice President & General Manager, Healthcare, IBM

As senior vice president and general manager, healthcare, Sean Cassidy is responsible for leading Initiate’s healthcare business globally and driving its growth. Sean previously led the company’s services, field operations, products and business development teams. Prior to joining in 2004, Sean held executive positions at a number of enterprise software and e-commerce companies, including London based YouDevise, Ltd., OurHouse.com, and TenFold Corporation. He began his career at Andersen Consulting (now Accenture). He has broad technology and consulting experience in the healthcare, financial services, utilities, retail, telecommunications and transportation industries.
