Comcast Enterprise Team
Comcast Metro Ethernet services are delivered using the nation’s largest fiber optic network, which is company-owned and operated, and completely separate from traditional phone networks so it provides true network diversity, often down to separate entrances into buildings. Comcast delivers bandwidth from 1 Mbps up to 10 Gbps that can be remotely scaled in increments of 1 Mbps, 10 Mbps, 100 Mbps or 1 Gbps, and offered with three different classes of service. All of the Comcast Metro Ethernet services are MEF 9, 14 and 18 certified by the Metro Ethernet Forum (MEF) and are backed by strict service level agreements, supported by a web-based customer portal, and monitored 24×7x365 from Comcast’s Network Operations Centers.
