Kyzen Corporation is a 20 year old Nashville based high-technology specialty chemical company that is a leading provider of products and processes for precision cleaning applications in high-technology manufacturing environments such as electronics, semiconductors, optics and metal finishing industries. We are a former Nashville Business Journal Small Business Award Finalist and have been honored as a member of the Music City Future 50. We are currently recruiting an individual to join our accounting team to initially support the implementation of new accounting software. After that task is complete we have a number of challenges in working with making our software and IT work for us. We need a highly motivated individual to be our “go to” person in house to sort through and assist on reports, software, network and hardware issues that arise within our company. This position will report directly to our Controller.
Primary Responsibilities include the following:
1. Function as Software administrator for Kyzen’s key strategic software programs:
a. Mas 90 Accounting Software
b. Envirosoft MSDS Management Software
c. Maximizer CRM Software
d. Crystal Reports
e. Microsoft Dynamics NAV or similar (Pending review)
2. Develop and maintain critical reports both recurring and as needed for management and various departments, mainly using Crystal Reports, for these strategic software programs
3. Key member of the accounting group, learning the intricacies of Mas90 or other systems to allow for holiday back up of routine functions.
Collateral Responsibilities including the following:
1. On site Nashville network maintenance working with the Kyzen Network Administrator to address the daily operation of the Nashville network and internet connection.
2. On site Nashville computer maintenance working with the Kyzen Network Administrator to address the daily operation of work stations in the Nashville operation.
Necessary skill set, background, experience and certifications:
Bachelors Degree, Information Systems, Accounting
Microsoft Certification, not necessary, but helpful
Extensive experience with SQL database programming and design.
Extensive experience developing printed and electronic reports from multiple systems to allow management access to necessary information on a timely basis with minimal manual interactions.
Preferable experience with reporting writing tools, specifically
Crystal Reports version 10.0 and 11.0
FRx financial reporting tool
Preferable experience with the following systems in developing reports and managing the data base structure:
MAS90/200 Sage Software-Accounting software
Maximizer CRM
Microsoft Dymanics NAV
Experience in implementation of new software programs over a wide range of platforms.
Experience with troubleshooting personal computers work stations and networks
