How long have you been in business in Nashville?
Conexess was started in early 2009. Amy Walter, Jerry Baker and I have over 25 years of combined experience in the IT Solutions Industry.
What does your company or organization do best?
Conexess has developed a low, fixed-margin for all contracts so there are no questions asked. We work hard at keeping our operating costs very low; therefore, we are able to attract the highest caliber consultants while paying them the highest salaries in the industry. In turn, this provides our clients with the best consultants for the most competitive prices. Our model ensures that our clients get the most qualified consultants every time.
What is one interesting fact about your company?
Conexess was founded in the spare bedroom of my apartment in Hillsboro Village off a loan from my grandmother. Since then we have grown to about 15 people here in Nashville.

Who is the most interesting person you have ever met?
Ted Lindsay – I grew up playing hockey in Michigan, so getting the chance to talk with an NHL legend was something I’ll never forget.
